On 1/192024 Verizon installed internet and landline fios in my apt, however the svc was not completely connected. I recd promises from mgt but no help. Met Steele, one of your technicians, in the lobby told him situation. He came, assessed, resolved problems within 15-20 mins and in a very professional and pleasant manner.
