My representative, Louis Torres was absolutely wonderful! I am not very technically savvy and he really had patience explaining everything. I LOVE that he gave me a phone number to reach him personally instead of being given the “automated ” run around. Install technician was also wonderful. Explained use of equipment to me in the simplest terms. I’m VERY happy with my service and sorry I didn’t switch sooner!
