Tafari McKenley was very knowledgeable and quite personable. Great personality overall, good customer service…we need more work attitude like him. an agent that reports correctly, thanks to him I am now a Verizon user. unfortunately when calling customer service to activate the lines, the person there was very bad, he gave bad information, almost and the contract ended, but I called Tafari McKinley to tell him all the bad information . and he, very concerned, explained to me better what the agent was saying, the next day Tafari Mckenley came to my house to verify that everything was fine, excellent agent Tafari Mckenley
